Elias Huuhtanen is a Finnish award-winning multimedia reporter, rooted in investigative journalism with a keen interest in environmental and energy issues.

In 2019, Huuhtanen received the Hans Verploeg Award from Free Press Unlimited for his investigative journalism, revealing Finnish-made armored vehicles utilised in the Yemen civil war.
